First, the spheroidization treatment temperature: If the spheroidization treatment temperature can not be too high, the spheroidization reaction will be more intense, resulting in a lower magnesium absorption rate. In order to smooth the spheroidization reaction, a glinolating agent with a relatively high calcium content can be selected; If the spheroidization temperature is low, a glinolating agent with a relatively low calcium content can be used;


Second, the size of the treatment package: if the high diameter ratio of the treatment package is 1:1, then due to the loss of magnesium vapor will lead to a decrease in the absorption rate of magnesium, it is recommended to use a glultonizing agent with a higher calcium content; If the high diameter ratio of the treatment package is 2:1, the spheroidization reaction will be relatively stable, the magnesium vapor will diffuse into the iron liquid, and the magnesium absorption rate will be improved;


Third, the spheroidization treatment process: if the cover bag method is not used, then the smoke generated by the spheroidization reaction will enter the air and will produce a dazzling white light. In order to smooth the spheroidization reaction, a low magnesium and high calcium glinolating agent can be used. If the cover bag process is used, the molten iron will not splash and less smoke is generated, and a high magnesium and low calcium spheroidizing agent can be used to reduce the amount of addition and reduce the cost of spheroidization;


Fourth, the processing weight: if the weight of the processing iron is less than 500kg, then a spheroidizing agent with a smaller particle size can be used, and it is recommended to use a spheroidizing agent with a particle size of less than 12mm; If the weight of the processed molten iron is 500~1000kg, a spheroidizing agent with a larger particle size can be used, such as a spheroidizing agent with a particle size of 3~25mm; If the weight of the treated molten iron is greater than 1000kg, a spheroidizing agent of 4 to 32mm can be used;


Fifth, silicon content: if the casting product process yield is low or the scrap rate is high, want to melt by adding more charge material and scrap, and the casting has strict requirements for the silicon content of molten iron. Under the premise that the amount of incubation cannot be further reduced, a low silicon spheroidizing agent can be used for treatment, which can increase the return charge material by 8% to 15%, which can reduce the production cost of the foundry;


Sixth, the original iron liquid sulfur content: if the raw iron liquid sulfur content is high, if there is no desulfurization treatment, it is necessary to high magnesium and high rare earth nodularizer, and the amount of addition will be higher; If the sulfur content of raw iron is low, a low-magnesium low-rare earth spheroidizing agent can be used, and the amount of addition will be lower, and the cost of the low-magnesium low-rare earth nodularizer will be cheaper.
