3, is the alloy ingot thickness should be appropriate. If the thickness of the ingot after the alloy liquid is poured cold, if it is too thin, its surface area is large, and it is easy to cause more magnesium combustion oxidation in the cold process of the alloy, if it is too thick, it is easy to cause component segregation during the solidification process because the proportion of alloying elements is not the same. The appropriate thickness is generally 10-15MM;

4, is the sieving particle size to be graded. After solidification, the alloy ingots are subjected to surface cleaning of oxides and the selection of inclusions before crushing and sieving. According to the size of the user's molten iron packet, the particle size is graded packaging, but there can be no alloy powder.
