Entering June, Guangdong, as the country's largest pottery production area, affected by the continuous high energy prices and sales were less than expected, the resumption of production lines since the beginning of the year was only less than 50%, and by June, the opening rate of the entire production area had fallen to about 40%.  

As a hot land for investment in the domestic ceramic industry at present, the normal operation of the ceramic production line in the first half of 2022 in the Production Area of Fujian County, Guangxi Province has always maintained about 39, and the overall kiln opening rate of enterprises in the production area is nearly 80%.  

Fujian Ceramics encourages technological transformation to increase production

The data shows that in the first quarter of 2022, the cumulative industrial output value of The Fujian Zhonghe Ceramic Industrial Park increased by more than 30% year-on-year, and the momentum of industrial development was good.  

In the first half of 2022, due to the rise in fuel costs, the production costs of Foshan, Qingyuan, Enping in Guangdong, Zibo in Shandong, Nan'an in Fujian and other production areas climbed, and the kiln opening rate in production areas fell sharply compared with the same period last year.  

On the other hand, local cases have occurred in Foshan, Guangdong, Zibo, Shandong, Jinjiang, Nan'an and other production areas, which have directly affected the normal production and operation of local ceramic enterprises.  

The above two reasons give more than 70% of the raw materials taken from the local (low comprehensive cost) and there are no local cases in the Zhonghe Park of Fujian County to win orders and expand production.  

At the same time, Zhonghe Park benefited from the construction and technological transformation of enterprises in 2021, and new benefit growth points appeared, and the output value of the regulations in the first half of 2022 is expected to achieve significant growth.  

According to the management center of Fujian Zhonghe Ceramic Industrial Park, the next Zhonghe Ceramic Industrial Park will continue to optimize services, escort the newly put into production lines of Oceano and Gongbao, and escort the production lines of Hongsheng (under Hongyu Group), Xinruo and Yongying to complete the technical transformation of the production line.

The total amount of ceramic roof photovoltaics in Fujian County reached 27 MW

On May 31, 2021, with the introduction of new policies, strict control of energy consumption indicators and promotion of carbon emission reduction have become important tasks for major ceramic production areas.  

In this regard, Fujian County Ceramics has led the leading force, with Oceano and Mona Lisa as the benchmark, driving enterprises to improve the internal environmental protection work of enterprises through energy conservation and consumption reduction, recycling, clean production and terminal treatment, etc., and received good results.  

At the same time, Fujian County also continues to promote the promotion and application of green clean energy and comprehensive energy utilization technology in Fujian County, and continuously guides ceramic production enterprises to increase the proportion of clean energy and new energy utilization.  

On March 31, 2022, the 35 kV Xiejin ceramic plant rooftop photovoltaic power station invested and built by Foshan Integrated Energy Co., Ltd. Guangxi Tengxian Branch was officially put into operation, the rooftop photovoltaic project covers an area of 80,000 square meters, with a total capacity of 7 MW, and after grid operation, the annual power generation capacity can reach 7.13 million kWh.  

It is reported that this is the first photovoltaic project put into operation in Fujian County as a rooftop distributed photovoltaic demonstration area in the county, and the project has been officially connected to the grid in May.  

At the same time, the 20 MW Fujian New Rudder Ceramic Photovoltaic Project has also started construction in two phases in March this year, and will become one of the largest photovoltaic building integration (BIPV) demonstration projects in Guangxi after the project is completed and put into operation.  

At present, the construction of the new rudder photovoltaic project electrical part has completed 95% of the total project, affected by the rainy weather this year, the roof part has completed 15% of the total project, and the entire photovoltaic project has completed 40% of the total progress.  

It is understood that accelerating the integrated utilization of optical storage resources is an important measure for Guangxi Tengxian to accelerate the green and low-carbon transformation. According to the plan, by 2025, the installed capacity of distributed photovoltaics on the roof of Fujian County will be no less than 90 megawatts.  

Build the largest ceramic exhibition and trade center in southwest  

Preliminary investment promotion is planned in July 

In 2022, the construction of the Guangxi Sino-International Ceramic Trading Center project, which integrates the functions of Fujian County ceramic enterprise headquarters, exhibition, trade, trading, warehousing, logistics and other platforms, continues to advance steadily.  

At present, the square and building buildings of the Sino international ceramic trading center have taken shape as a whole. The overall planning of the project is three major sections of ceramic exhibition and museum, ceramic trading area, logistics and warehousing support, which will promote the effective docking of production information and demand information of the ceramic industry after completion, improve the whole industrial chain, and promote the development of industrial clusters.  

At present, the western part of the trading center has basically completed the decoration work, has basically met the requirements of trial operation, and plans to carry out investment promotion work in July, and the eastern part of the trading center will also be put into use at the end of this year.  

It is reported that the total land area of the Sino international ceramic trading center is 409 mu, and the total construction area is more than 140,000 square meters. The construction content of the main building includes: convention and exhibition center (ceramic museum) 13200 ㎡, logistics and warehousing center 20880 ㎡, ceramic trading market area 31785 ㎡, trading center building 6800 ㎡, trading market (including ceramic raw materials, ceramic machinery, other building materials), ceramic R & D center (R & D, processing, manufacturing) 14244 ㎡, ceramic cultural and creative block 1200 ㎡, financial center (human resources service center) 1450 ㎡, testing center (standard system research center) 3280 ㎡, Star hotels, etc., the purchase of ceramic testing, research and development equipment, ceramic trading system, etc., aims to become the largest ceramic and large home exhibition, headquarters, trade, warehousing, logistics, trading center in the southwest region.  

In 2021, the output of ceramics will be 350 million square meters 

The target output value in 2022 will exceed 10 billion yuan 

At present, Fujian County has introduced 20 ceramic enterprises and 26 ceramic supporting enterprises; It has put into production 15 ceramic enterprises and 11 supporting enterprises, and the industrial cluster has continued to grow and develop. According to the data, in the whole year of 2021, the ceramic industry in Fujian County achieved a nominal output value of more than 8.6 billion yuan, an increase of nearly 40%, and the cumulative output exceeded 350 million square meters.  

As one of the most dynamic and development potential production areas in China, Guangxi Tengxian has introduced a number of first-line brand ceramic production enterprises such as Mona Lisa, Oceano, Hongyu and Jianyi;  

At the same time, it brings together a series of enterprises in the glaze, pigment, ink, mold, machinery, packaging, warehousing, environmental protection, raw material processing and other supporting links such as Xinhuixing Mining, Outao Technology, Yuansheng New Materials, Yamei Packaging, etc., to create the most complete architectural ceramics industry chain in Guangxi.  

Next, Fujian Ceramics will speed up the upgrading of files, focusing on the following work in the ceramic industry chain replenishment and extension chain: 

In terms of the "vertical" industrial chain, we will focus on the introduction of ceramic machinery, refractory materials, new energy utilization and other enterprises in the upstream supporting industries, and introduce ceramic products in the downstream supporting industries.  

In the development of the "horizontal" industrial chain, enterprises are actively encouraged to adjust the structure of ceramic production products, strive to produce more rock slabs and large plate tiles with high sales prices to enhance added value, and produce and sell tiles with thin thickness to reduce unit consumption.  

Explore development models in multiple ways, such as guiding leading enterprises to completely attract investment in Fujian County with their headquarters regional sales and settlement centers, and even national business sectors related to the industrial chain, so as to enhance the efficiency of the industrial chain.  

In order to enhance the public services of the industrial park, improve the industrial chain, improve the carrying capacity of the industrial development of the park, and realize the overall industrial upgrading of Fujian County, Fujian County has comprehensively rolled out and promoted the quality improvement and transformation project of the Fujian County Industrial Park. Among them, the newly built standard factory building located in the Fujian County Ceramic Industrial Park and the industrial concentration area has a construction area of 141400.34 square meters, and is currently carrying out the preliminary investment work.  

In 2022, Fujian County will continue to focus on the development of the whole industrial chain of ceramics, and the work goal of the ceramic industry in 2022 is to build Zhonghe Park into a park with an output value of "10 billion".
